TIGER SHARKS

Tiger Sharks is the name and soccer is her game. I am officially now a "soccer mom". This afternoon was Mimi's very first ever soccer practice. The practice was held at Lake Wilderness and Mimi was sooo excited that she got ready 2 hours before the practice was to start. Mom was able to get a short clip of her playing before those darn batteries died out doggone it! Spencer's dad Jim and Owen's dad Derek are the coaches. Mimi is a pretty good athlete. I know that I am biased but she is. Whenever the kids had to line up for anything or volunteer, Ms. "A" personality was right in front. Therefore they made her the goalie till it was her turn to do the kicking. Then Spencer took over the job. Saturday, September 13th will be her first game and it is also when they get their team t-shirts.

FIRST DAY OF GYMNASTICS

This morning was Mimi's first day back at gymnastics after taking a week off for the teachers summer vacation. She is back to having Ms. Kathy again whom she (and mom) reealllly likes. It appears that no one else is in her class which is really nice because it's almost as if she is getting private lessons

Mimi has figured that since she has already mastered the monkey bars she needs to practice the skate board and swings at Lake Wilderness.

THE PRINCESS'S NEW CLOTHES

Actually this pair of pj's were purchased 2 years ago at the Disney Store in the Westside Pavillion back home in California. They actually fit her now. The doo dad that she is holding is my very first gift from her that was given to me way back on September 27th 2004 at our hotel when she came into our lives and changed it for the better forever. Mimi decided that she wanted to pose as a statue so therefore statue she is.

YI HAW COWBOY!!!

That's what our Mimi says. While mom was catching up on some correspondents at the computer, dad was sleeping in the chair behind her, Mimi was busy doing who know's what. Next thing mom knows, Mimi had dressed dad up to be the new sheriff in town. You better watch out when you fall asleep around our house.

BUSINESS IS CLOSED

Whenever we get together with grandma and grandpa at their house, Mimi loves playing waitress. Forever and a day she has been wanting mom to help her with a open/closed sign. Finally mom helped her the other day. All mom did was tell Mimi how to spell the words and Mimi did the rest. This is what one will find when Mimi goes to bed at night. Instead of string, she uses the leash that we had purchased for Ollie and Stanley when we were moving up here. Pretty inovative if you ask me.
