FUTURE SHOPAHOLIC?????
It is a scary thought, but even at the tender age of 23 months, she loved going to Nordstrom's where she was picking out her own Christmas dress and shoes.
LUNCHTIME AT WESTLAKE SHOPPING MALL
Last Friday Mimi came home from the Sports Camp Carnival rather early. She had gone there with Blake, Bailey and dad Wade. It started at 7:00 in the evening and by 7:30 she came just as sick as all get out. I think that the heat finally caught up with her as it has been over 100 degrees all last week. She had a bit of a temperature too.
I made her take a cold bath and gave her some baby asprin for the fever. All though she usually eats like a chow hound I did not care if she ate at all. I just wanted to keep her hydrated. So it was juice, water and popsicles.
By Saturday she was feeling a bit better but said that her stomach was feeling a bit quesy. I then remembered that my friend Angie told me about Probiotics. She really swears by it. So when I went to the supplement store I bought some for children. Wouldn't you know it? By this morning Mimi was 99% back to her old self again. Woo Hoo! Just in time to go shopping at Nordstrom's Annual Yearly sale.
As dad had yet to go on the light rail, that's what we did while Mimi took a half hour nap on the train. We then stopped for lunch at Westlake. It was tuna tekka maki and miso soup for Mimi (wasn't sure if she was up to eating sushi, but that's what she wanted. Thought the miso would help her feel better too.) and the Phoenix roll for mom.
