ALL IN THE FAMILY

Both dad and Mimi had a full day today. Dad has his work and Mimi had her piano lesson this morning followed by school and gymnastic class. When dad arrived home from work at 7:00 this evening, Mimi ran and jumped into his arms and gave dad the biggest and bestest welcome home kiss one has ever had. That always makes your day brighter especially after you had a long day at work. Mimi decided that she wanted to eat leftover turkey and watch an oldie but goodie tv cartoon that mom watched when she was Mimi's age with her dad. Another perfect ending for the day.

WHERE'S BUTCH?????

This afternoon while Mimi was in school, mom decided to get the baby's room ready for our out of town guests that will be coming to visit with us at Christmas. Since this past summer the weather was sooooo nice, mom just took all of Mimi's clothes that don't fit and tossed them in the baby's room. Now she has the incentive to sort through all of them and store them away for our next little chili pepper that will be coming who knows when at the rate that things are going now.

Butch was no help to mom in all of this sorting process. The more mom tried to work, the more Butch wanted to play and kept stealing the clothes out of mom's hands the littte thief. Finally mom had enough of this and put him in the baby crib. You would of thought that I threw him in jail by the way he yelped and yelped until mom noticed how quiet things got and this is what she found. The little thief had yelped so much that he finally got tired and just plain passed out till it was time to go pick Mimi up from school and head over to the gym for her gymnastic class. It was hard to believe that at 3:30 p.m. (pick up time) today, that it was darn near pitch black outside. The sunlight season changes are still taking some time for mom to get used too. During the summer solstice season it is light about 90% of the time and then during the winter season it is dark 90% of the time.
