ON THE WAY TO AND FROM FLAMING GIEISER

Growing up in the city all of my life, I have never had a chance to experience any of this. It was and is amazingly beautiful out here in the northwest. I absolutely love it. Tomorrow if things go as I plan, we may take Mimi out to Remlinger Farms to get her pumpkin. By next month they will be closing until June of next year. It is such a great place to take elementary schoolage kids.

MORE ON THE SALMON RUN

Today all the kids had the day off from school due to staff developement day. This afternoon I thought it would be a great idea to take them all to Flaming Geiser State Park to see the Salmon run. We missed it last year as I did not know about it then. Janet and Keri joined us too. Janet says that although she grew up here in Washington, she has never seen it, so I guess it was a treat for her too. Blake had already gone home with his mom when I took the video and the picture of the girls alone. All I told the girls was to make a silly pose. Because Mimi is such a tomboy, I never in my wildest dreams ever thought that Halli would make a cheesecake pose. The sun was also shinning so bright that it was very difficult to see what I was taking a picture of.

GIRLS DAY OUT

Today Sara is hanging out with Mimi and myself. Our day started out
with a pancake breakfast at home then on to Solar Nails to get our
nails done. Don't they look beatifiul?
